As true Methodists, we will organize a potluck at the drop of a hat. Every Sunday between the 9:00 and 10:30 worship services, we enjoy spending time with our church family and nibbling on baked goodies in the Fellowship Center or under the big Redwood tree in the courtyard. Please join us!
Other FUMC fellowship opportunities include:
- Wesleyan Group: various and creative fellowship activities, second Saturday of each month. Fun for all ages!
- Visitation and Caring Ministries: fellowship with members unable to attend Church services
- Holly Faire and Treasure Sale: fellowship in fundraising efforts for missions and outreach projects
- Chancel and Hand Bell Choirs: fellowship in creating beautiful music together
- Friday Lunch Group and other informal lunch groups
- Women of Spirit: fellowship and book study/discussion
- Men's Fellowship Breakfast: 3rd Thursday each month
- Fourth of July Picnic: red, white and blue potluck under the redwood tree
- United Methodist Women (UMW) and Study Circles: fellowship with a purpose: missions work and religious studies
- College Age Group: meets Sundays for fellowship for fun and inspiration.
- Sports and Theater trips
- All Church Picnic in September: hamburgers and hot dogs, horseshoes and fellowship at Tucker's Grove.
- Youth fellowship trips and events
- Work team presentations and potlucks (of course)
- Pancake Supper: fellowship in fundraising efforts for the Cynthia A. Morrow Student Drop-In Center
- Sunday School picnic in June: swimming, playing and picnicking fun for families and young at heart.
- Living Nativity: fellowship while performing a silent re-enactment in costume and with live animals!
